I'm participating in the Never Ending Popper Challenge where YT cooks use cored Jalapeno Peppers and stuff them with whatever they like, using their imagination with no limits. It's all for fun and anyone can enter. For the stuffing, I used Country Ham, Pepper Jack Cheese, Creme Cheese, Sharp Chedder Cheese, slice of potato, Red Pepper Jelly all wrapped in bacon. Baked them in the counter top oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. I hope you enjoy the video. We mixed in a little humor for laughs.
