Grilled two NY Strip steaks on the Weber Kettle using the reverse sear kettle. Also used the Slow N Sear accessory from SNS GRILLS. Offset cooked for 35 minutes, then seared one minute per side, spinning grate each time until the internal temp was around 130-135 F.
