This is the first of the bowls that I rough-turned in October of 2020. By now they were dry enough to go through the second stage and finish them. What I'm showing in this video is actually the very first bowl that I did. Not sure if you want to see me doing this for each and every bowl; probably not. I'm using Beeswax to get a shiny finish but I'm having problems to finish the surface properly. While reviewing the video I noticed quite a few marks and what not. The annoying thing is, I don't notice them while I'm working on the project! But this was only the first one; while uploading this video I am working on nr 3 and that one already looks way better. The difference is that I'm using a diffrent sanding method now. Too bad I didn't record it. But still this one looks nice too, this Dutch Pear is really great wood. For a change I made this video a bit longer, leaving most of my comments in.
