Here's another glimpse at what I eat on a regular work day. My breakfast staples, a dish that my mum and grandma used to cook all the time, and a very simple yet balanced dinner. I don't like spending much time cooking during the week, but I still want to eat homemade food, so this food diary is a good illustration of what I would typically eat. In this video, I also unbox and taste a subscription box of handmade Japanese sweets called Wagashi. Having never tried any Japanese sweets apart from a horrendous chocolate wasabi cake (yes, it exists!), I was super curious! Hope you enjoy the video!
