Ok, I cannot believe I have to do a part three of this but I was made aware that Scientificsnitch's entire argument rests on her incorrectly redefining what maintenance is.

Specifically she says:

"maintenance is not maintenance of bodyweight it’s maintenance of your excess calorie storage— aka fat. You’re not in a surplus if you’re not accruing bodyfat because you clearly didn’t have excess energy to store."

Which is just so brutally incorrect it hurts.

So in this video I'm going to look at her claim, why it's wrong and hopefully put this to rest.

And note that her and the boy in the beanie already did "Takedown" video of me that is good comedy but not much else. But I did this video BEFORE they did it so I didn't address any of their nonsense directly.

And we will all look forward to their "Rebuttal" (since apparently she can't fight her own battles).

Because, in a world filled with so much misery, we all need the laugh at the nonsense of two intellectually disingenuous children.
