Shoutout to Carlone for submitting this donation deck! Carlone is a Combo Cabal member, and this one came in after a friend recently 5-0'd a Legacy league with it. The question: what if *The EPIC Storm* skipped _Beseech the Mirror_ and played _Doomsday_ instead? That's DDFT — Doomsday Fetchland Tendrils.

The shell is familiar — _Dark Ritual,_ _Lion's Eye Diamond,_ _Burning Wish,_ _Echo of Eons_ — but the win condition swaps out the _Beseech the Mirror_ package for _Doomsday_ supported by _Consider,_ _Edge of Autumn,_ _Street Wraith,_ and _Thassa's Oracle._ The interaction that makes it work is _Lion's Eye Diamond_ plus _Echo of Eons_ draws your entire Doomsday pile, which means you can lead with _Hexing Squelcher_ before casting _Thassa's Oracle_ and play through soft countermagic without needing _Cavern of Souls._

This isn't the original 5-0 list. I swapped a _Defense Grid_ for the fourth _Hexing Squelcher_ and added a _Runehorn Hellkite_ — at this point, any deck running _Gamble_ and _Lion's Eye Diamond_ should have it. The sideboard leans on _Orcish Bowmasters_ for Blue matchups since DDFT doesn't have _Urza's Saga_ or _Carpet of Flowers,_ and _Elemental Eruption_ covers the role _Empty the Warrens_ would fill in *The EPIC Storm.*
