Hello Marion County citizens, I’m your Sheriff, Billy Woods and today is Wanted by Woods Wednesday! We are looking for 42-year-old Kevin Lee Rottman. He has active felony warrants for Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Requirements and Tampering with an Electronic Device.
Well, citizens, if Kevin looks familiar to you, it's because he's been featured on Wanted by Woods TWICE….Kevin, three time’s the charm!! Kevin, you have not checked in with our Sexual Offender and Predator Unit as you are required to do BY LAW and you’ve moved without telling us. To make matters worse, you cut off your GPS monitoring device that you’re required to wear to hide from us!! I’ve had enough of you giving us the run-around, Kevin…. I want you behind the bars at OUR jail!
You know what I also heard, Kevin? I heard that we have several witnesses saying that you are now CROSS DRESSING to avoid capture. So be aware citizens!
Citizens, if Kevin doesn’t do the right thing and turn himself in, we are going to need YOUR help to find him. If you have any information on Kevin’s whereabouts, please call the Crime Stoppers of Marion County at 352-368-STOP and reference 18-27 in your tip. If you use Crime Stoppers and your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward!
