While on patrol, Deputy Qubaisy saw a car speeding with an inoperable brake light and a suspected window tint violation. The car attempted to lose Deputy Qubaisy and quickly stopped in front of a Family Dollar store in Silver Springs Shores where the passenger, 16-year-old Johnarian Turner, fled inside the store. When Deputy Qubaisy found him, there was a struggle over a rifle that Turner had under his shirt. In the vehicle, deputies located drugs that appeared to be packaged for sale. Turner, who is considered a Delinquent Felon under Florida law, incurred several more felony charges from this incident. He was booked into jail with no bond.
