Hello Marion County citizens, I’m your Sheriff, Billy Woods. And it is time for Wanted by Woods! We are looking for 20-year-old Heather Ann Johnson. She has felony warrants Burglary, Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property and Falsification of Ownership to a Pawn Broker.
Heather you broke into the victim’s home and stole a numerous electronics. Then then took the items to a pawnshop and pawned them. We caught on you camera doing so and we know you have an accomplice. You need to turn yourself in Heather and your male accomplice needs to do the right thing and turn himself in with you.
Citizens, if Heather doesn’t do the right thing, we are going to need your help locating her. If you have any information on Heather’s whereabouts, please call Crime Stoppers of Marion County at 352-368-STOP and reference 18-49 in your tip. If you use Crime Stoppers and your tip leads to an arrest, you could be eligible for a cash reward!

Hey everyone, Coach Juan here to make sure you know that public and private schools in Marion County start up next week. School buses will be back on the road and, if you didn’t know, penalties have been doubled if you pass a stopped school bus.
How do you know when you have to stop? Here is how:
TWO-LANE:
Vehicles traveling in both directions MUST stop.
MULTI-LANE PAVED ACROSS:
Vehicles traveling in both directions MUST stop.
DIVIDED HIGHWAY:
[Unpaved space (Min. 5ft) OR any raised median or physical barrier.]
Vehicles behind the bus MUST stop.
Vehicles traveling in the opposite direction must proceed with caution.
