Okay it's not a live stream yet! But I started developing a game and VR Treadmill because I want to learn geography by using Cesium Ion with Google 3D tiles to visit points on earth and walk around the environment like I am really there! I am also trying to start channel or a live stream around the idea and visit distant locations such as the Grand Canyon, Mt. Fuji, the Eifel tower, maybe even the moon, and talk about the different landscapes and learn about geography in the process!
This is the first actual test of the working VR treadmill and game concept integration with Cesium Ion, a new custom full body IK solvers and the updated Ethernet enabled Arduino treadmill speed controller all running together! There were some bugs and the IK was not perfect but I'm hoping things will get better in time.
This has been challenging to get working but am starting to see results! In the future I want to create tutorials and document the entire setup with parts lists and all Arduino code. But this video is only a quick demo of the concept, showing the body tracking synced with the treadmill encoder to match the real world speed. Also note that the velocity multiplier was set to 1:1 so the avatar walks as fast as IRL , but this value can be adjust to make the avatar appear to walk faster, so the gait may look better in future updates! I am just surprised things even worked!
If you could find time to please leave a comment or click like or share buttons that would so appreciated!!
I really hope you enjoyed the stream concept and please share your thoughts or any suggestions in the comments!!

![Infinite Walk VR (beta) - walking down a corridor or hallway
This feature allows users to create walking and running animations that cover a very large distance but are a contentious recorded animation and gives the impression that the motion capture was recorded in a large studio.
As the player walks in a circle the avatar walks in a straight line.
For hallways make sure to enable the Lock Path and Look Turn options, this is so you can set the path angle by pressing trigger, then the avatar will walk along the designated path.
This feature works best with maps of corridors and hallways where the parallax is very small, avoid large open maps or might notice motion sickness.
This feature was designed for a playspace of at least 10 x 10 , any less and you will notice the rotation since the users is spinning around the small radius and will make you dizzy really quick, but with larger playspace then yeah you could explore the world with a contentious full body tracked mocap animation and would barely notice any counter rotation, for warehouse-sized playspace (30 x 30) this feature would really rock!!

![UPDATE full-body MotionCapture IK Solvers for VR tracking.
A short benchmark tutorial showing improvements made to the Full body IK solvers. I also tried to render a short motion capture showcase for each solver update so the results are visible. However the animations are just simple exported raw motion capture from MocapFusion to Blender and immediately rendered , the quality might not be the greatest in some parts and no filters were applied, and it took only a couple of hours to create the showcases.
This video covers five major updates including arm, leg and hip/spine solvers improvements, feet togetherness offsets, twerk and hip rotation, vis-bones, a new dynamicbone in-game adjustment and show the new avatar profiles.
This video was a lot of work but was also lots of fun to create. Hope you enjoy all of the renders! And please give the video a like!!

![Chicken Mocap with Blendshapes (Blender EEVEE)
Someone on my Discord asked if I could add a chicken avatar to APS so here they are!
These are chickens rigged for full body mocap, and they even include dynamicbone. The hen model was downloaded from Blendswap and I built it as a mocap avatar for APS.
blendshapes are used to creat the pecking effect and are linked to the VR controller, so by pulling the trigger quickly makes the chicken peck! I thik this adds a layer of realism and looks far better than just simple motion capture alone!
Animation was rendered in Blender EEVEE but was simply the raw mocap from APS.
To create animations like this all you need is VR and three body trackers, then Download the (free) Mocap Fusion [VR] Playtest beta on Steam : https://store.steampowered.com/app/1540000/Mocap_Fusion VR
