This will be a good vPub. How do I know? Well, a five minute tech check with Billy had us talking for more than an hour, easily tripping from one whisky opinion to the next. Probably the most flowing and most interesting first discussion I've ever had. I knew immediately we needn’t carve out a specific topic; the general chat around Billy's whisky life would be just perfect.
It's also one of those interesting stories where a natural path of following passions eventually led to a career, and a myriad of different whisky-related projects that have me wondering how on earth he finds the time to join us down the vPub at all!
