K.D. Langs second solo album, Ingénue has just been reissued for the first time in a AAA cut from the master tape. The new reissue is mastered from the original analog master tape by Chris Bellman at Bernie Grundman Mastering. This edition of Ingenue employs the One Step process and is pressed at RTI on 180gm High Definition Vinyl. The gatefold jacket and slipcase are from Stoughton Printing.
K. D. Langs Ingénue was released in 1992. There was a vinyl issue released in Europe at the time, but most countries had to content themselves with the CD or cassette tape versions. Although it was recorded to analog tape, that record and of course the CD were from digital. The recording was
made at Vancouver Studios by Greg Penny and Marc Ramaer.
