Delicious creamy parfait with homemade chocolate syrup. I'm in heaven!

You will need:
6 pasteurized egg yolkes
½ cup of sugar
2 cups of heavy cream
1 tbsp of good quality vanilla extract

8-10 tbsp of chocolate syrup
