I love these beef meat balls puff pastry snacks! Great for parties and so yummy!

20 snacks

You will need:

2 sheet of puff pastry

4 lbs of minced beef
2 eggs
7 oz of bread cut into cubes
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 large handful of parsley
2 tsp of rosemary
½ cup of grana cheese (or parmesan)
Salt and pepper

Sesame seeds
1 lightly beaten egg

350 degrees F convection for 18-20 minutes or until nice and golden.
