Delicious ham, cheese sausage rolls!

You will need:
1250 ml of flour
350 ml of sparkling water
3 eggs
100 ml of melted butter
50 grams of fresh yeast
60 ml of sugar
1½ tsp of salt

10 sausages cut in half
20 slices of ham
20 pieces of cheddar cheese

1 egg


180 degrees C convection or 350 F convection for about 12-15 minutes
