Delicious crispy ice cream sandwiches with lots of chocolate, vanilla ice cream and chocolate bars!

You will need:
4 cups of rice krispies
10.5 oz of milk chocolate + 7 oz for later
4 mars chocolate bars

2 cups of heavy cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
