Really yummy puff pastry squares!

You will need:
2 sheets of puff pastry
½ lbs of ricotta
7 oz of cream cheese
1 red onion
Salt and pepper
3/4 lbs of shredded ham
1 red bell pepper
Lightly whisked egg
sesame seeds

180 degrees C convection or 350 F convection for 25 minutes.
