I'm making a delicious and easy beef soup that the entire family will love!

You will need:
1 lbs of minced beef + oil, salt and pepper
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
1 red bell pepper
4 lbs of passata
4 broth cubes
2 tbsp of oregano
6 cups of water
Lots of salt to taste

Serve with pasta, sour cream and parsley
