Salt Lake City is home to the Utah Transit Authority's FrontRunner. This commuter railroad originally opened in mid 2008, with a single line to Ogden in the North Valley. The South Valley line was added in late 2012, with service being extended to Provo, Utah. I explored mainly this section of line, just to the South of Salt Lake City. The Jordan Narrows is also featured, showing some unique scenic landscape along the FrontRunner route.
