Compilation of daylight BNSF and Pacific Sun Freight Trains throughout San Diego County. From County Line to Downtown San Diego, pretty much most of the Surfline throughout San Diego County is covered in this video! Footage is from various times from 2017-2021.

On any given night, BNSF manifest and autorack trains rumble in and out of San Diego on the Surfline. From time to time, a late running train will offer some unique shots along the Surfline in the daytime. In addition to the typical BNSF vehicle trains that frequent every night, I caught some rather unusual movements from both railroads. Featured from the BNSF, are various GEO Inspection trains, ballast trains, military trains, and an officers special as well!
