I'm starting a new series called Throwback Thursday's where I will be making meals that we used to make, or grew up with, or sharing recipes from my relatives. To start it off, I'm making my grandmother's classic potato salad. Oh boy did we ever love the way she made it. It was nice and creamy and just delicious. I'm going to try to stay true to her recipe.
Grandma's Potato Salad
3 Russet potatoes
3 Eggs
Paprika
1 C Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
2 Tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
2 stalks Celery
1/4 bunch Green Onions
Black olives (optional)
Now I'm just making a small batch. Let's get started boiling our eggs. I'm using the air fryer vs stove top, because I find the air fryer so much easier. My grandmother would have made them this way as well, had she had access to it back in the day. Just place eggs in air fryer and cook at 270 F for 16 minutes. Immediately put them in cold water to let cool. Peel and chop up potatoes and place in salted water on stove, bring to a boil, and let simmer for 15 minutes. Drain and run under cool water. Chop up celery into tiny bites. Do the same with the green onions. Chop up eggs. Let's throw everything in a bowl! Now to work on the dressing. Just add the mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish together (I just added it to my vegetables). Add salt and pepper. Cover and let cool in the refrigerator for about an hour. That's it! Just like grandma used to make!!! Enjoy!
For other Throwback Recipes, please check out this playlist. It's a work in progress.

![COPYCAT KFC FAMOUS BOWL ~ Air Fryer and Microwave ~ Thatβs It! Yummy!
Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! Today were making a copycat KFC Famous Bowl. Well, I call it a copycat recipe because it tastes just like the original KFCs Famous Bowl. This bowl is super delicious and takes only 15 minutes in the air fryer to make. The air fryer and microwave are the only two things were using today.
Ingredients:
Great Value Southern Style Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn
1 Pkg Idahoan Buttery HomeStyle Mashed Potatoes
1 Jar Heinz HomeStyle Gravy Classic Chicken
Optional: Cheddar Cheese
Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 375 F. Place chicken breast fillet in air fryer and air fry for 15 minutes. Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions (I used the microwave and it only took 1 minute and 30 seconds for my individual bowl). Place corn in microwavable safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Cut up chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Layer potatoes, then corn, then cut up chicken, add as much gravy as youd like and optional cheese. Microwave for another 30 seconds or until the gravy is warm. That is it! Enjoy!
