Hello, welcome to EZ Eatery! I'm so excited to share with you a balanced and complete meal in the air fryer (minus the fruit) using packaged sausage, frozen hash browns, some eggs and a bit of cheese. If you're having a hectic morning, this is perfect. It'll cook hassle free in the air fryer while you're taking your shower or yelling at your husband and kids to get ready in the morning. Who am I kidding?...I like breakfast for supper...yummy!
All you need is an air fryer. I'm using the Power XL 1700 10 QT Air Fryer Oven, which I purchased at QVC for around $100 (on easy pay). I'm using the frozen hash browns patties, sausage links, and eggs all of which I purchased at Walmart, which was the best deal in my area.
Sausage: 380 F for 9 minutes
Hash Browns: 380 F for 9 minutes
Eggs: I scrambled with a bit of milk and covered with cheese at 380 F for between 9-11 minutes.
That is it! Voila! Breakfast couldn't be much more simple. Very little clean up and such a quick meal for anybody on the go.
