This lets TWWHD any% do puppet ganon skip
You start the hover around that time so that the keese die as soon as possible
You need to hover against the door frame (the side of the door) otherwise you get stuck on the top of the frame
If your angle is a little more to the right it might be possible to have the bomb drop not be frame perfect, but from just targeting the door frame it has o be frame perfect
By hovering a certain height all the keese usually die from the bomb
You have to drop height to avoid the bomb but its not that precise
