Item slide forward, when you are in the corner turn quickly so that you are parallel to the barricade
Then wait until you see the dot freak out a bit
Then crawl forward until link moves a couple units forwards
Then enter first person and item slide forwards out and into the tree (you might want to turn your facing angle before you clip out but you will want to go the direction I face in the video)
From there you would turn to get the correct facing angle and clip to forest haven
