You can pick up a frozen moblin in a weirdshot. Unfortunately the slippery slopes all over the room makes a setup very annoying.
The method in the video doesn't seem like the best method for rta but it is swag. Here I picked up the moblin on the spike that I weirdshot off (which is a slippery slope) which barely can even work (and not really since the moblin dies soon after before it can be positioned onto the switch).
It makes more sense to maneuver from the spike on the other side to the skull onto the door to the top of the tower and then pick the moblin up from there. This would remove the need for the bomb. That setup comes with its own challenges but probably can be rta viable.
Also haven't tested first person iron boots weirdshots for this.
