So first of all, you need the camera to not be facing the rock. This delays when the cutscene triggers. Second of all, you need the bomb to land in a certain part of the rock in order for the cutscene to reactivate when you look at it again. I am unsure exactly where this zone is, but it is presumably some region around where the bomb ends up in this video. Then you are free to get a full roll in and a brakeslide if your good enough. Then you can enter first person to kill speed and turn the camera. Then cancel entering first person. Then turnaround. If you are in the process of turning around with no speed you will not move during the cutscene. The turnaround animation is 4 frames, so you need the camera to load the rock sometime during those 4 frames.
