If you setup links position as he walks into the morth just right and pull bomb and hold up in a 2 frame window (only the bomb has a 2 frame window the up can be early but it might depend on the setup), you can do vulnerability reset on the first morth damage.
If you pull bow and press a, you loose all your speed but reset you vulnerability. However, if you did it early enough, you don't get damaged immediately. This gives you enough time to get back to running speed, which lets you chain the vulnerability resets.
