This Bi Yan Ling Nasal Spray by dermatology-m is one of my all-time favorite TCM products. While there is no herb formula that works for 100% of all people, the anecdotal success I get with this nasal spray for sinus congestion is extremely high.

This is made of 9 herbs that are commonly used in TCM herbal practice to unblock sinuses and clear the head. As a nasal spray, the herbs are delivered directly to the target area instead of consuming it as a pill, liquid or powder formula.
