I offset cooked some very thick pork chops on the Weber Kettle, then reverse seared with Grill Grates. I mopped on butter and Apple Cider Vinegar, then sauced with Uncle Albert's BBQ Sauce, and some of my homemade PIF Carolina Sauce.
