The Legend of Dragoon

The party finish up at the Forbidden Land and begin to return to Deningrad, but the Divine Dragon makes a return appearance.
We clear out the second path to leading to the Dragon Block Staff in this segment. The puzzle is rather simple, you simply pick the order of species from least to greatest according to the Winglies of old in order to proceed.
After the puzzle we face off against the S Virage, the mini-boss although it can be quite devastating if you're not prepared for it.
First off note that this is a timed battle. The S Virage has 10 lives it will go through and once that's up it will unleash a final attack to try to take the party out that deals 500+ damage to the whole party.
There are two ways to go about this battle. The first is to wipe it out as fast as you can, and the other is play defensively and just let it die. You'll get the EXP and Gold either way, I choose to kill it in this video.
Where the Grand Jewel was pure Magic attack, the S Virage is pure Physical so high defense will come in handy, also having a lot of HP will help as well. If you choose to take the boss out like me pick either the Head or the Body and focus all your attacks on it. Both the Head and the Body have 10,000 HP and when either of them die the boss is done. While the arm can be a pain, it has around 3000 HP and will take too long to worry about killing it.
If you plan on waiting out the time limit, then taking out the arm will come in handy and help your chances of keeping your health high when the timer reaches 1. Once it reaches that point make sure to defend with everyone and use Rose Storm if you bring Albert to help keep everyone alive, the Material Shield will also help if you want to use it.
Once the boss goes down we get some nice EXP and Gold and we have cleared out the Forbidden Lands and can now proceed to the exit. As you reach the exit watch the events as they unfold and we can finally snag the 5 Stardust from Deningrad when we get through with the scenes. You can also turn them in near the entrance as well to snag the Rainbow Earring for having 40+ of them.
The party is now ready to take the fight the the Divine Dragon, so our next destination is Mt. Mortal Dragon or Mt. Dragon Tomb, the game can't make up it's mind what it's called.
