After learning what Songi did to the Monestary, the party rush to East Voz Forest to revive the Genesis Tree.
I did a little bit of off-screen grinding before this segment because the boss battle here in East Voz is something you want to prepare for, especially since Gala is a little lower leveled than our two party members.
Once you make your way to the Genesis Tree Songi confronts us before we can revive it and sends us two Viguro to fight, and these guys are no laughing matter.
Play this battle cautiously because I have had times when I got wiped out even after grinding a few levels before fighting them (heck, I still struggle in this video a little).
Use some Elixir's to give you a bit of help at the start of the fight, and Heal whenever a team member is close to yellow health, because what makes this battle so tough is if both of the Viguro decide to attack the same party member, then that party member is most likely KOed if they aren't at max health.
I get really lucky in this battle and manage to absorb one of them with Noa thanks to the Ivory Book. You only have a 10% or so chance to absorb one without the book and 40% with it, although the Magic from them is really costly.
After the battle, revive the tree and watch the scenes play out. Gala becomes our permanent third party member and we get our next destination: The Mist Generator.
I'll do a little bit more off-screen grinding to get Gala some Magic and to get ready for the next dungeon, which we will tackle in the next segment.
