Looking for summer drinks that are easy to make? Well, do I have a drink for you! The Gin Gin Mule cocktails is just that! So very easy to make and drink. This variation on a Moscow Mule is bursting with flavor. Mint and ginger beer are a great compliment to one another.
It's amazing how something so simple and easy to make can be so good! We owe that debit of gratitude to Audrey Saunders, the creator of this cocktail and personal inspiration of mine!

Gin Gin Mule | Cocktail Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) London Dry Gin (or 2 oz. if you prefer)
6 - 8 Mint Leaves and more for garnish
Ginger Beer to top
