I was looking for a nice way to use some cucumbers up as we wind down the end of our summer and I had also bought a bottle of Tullamore Dew Irish whiskey just weeks before.
Then I remembered the Irish Maid Cocktail and, Wah-Lah! This weeks video was born.
The easy to make cocktail is filled with lovely summer time ingredients and I suggest you to go make one as soon as you can. If you had a cucumber haul anywhere close to what I had this year,

Irish Maid | Cocktail Ingredients
2 ~1/4 inch slices of cucumber
2 oz. (60 ml) Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. (15 ml) St~Germain
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. (22.5) Simple Syrup
*Garnish with a cucumber slices
Method: Muddle the 2 ~1/4 inch size cucumber slices
Get all of the ingredients in the cocktail shaker,
Shake the cocktail and pour over ice in a rocks glass with ice.
