Here's how to make the Polynesian Pearl. It's another cocktail from
Disney's Trader Sam's Tiki Bar. It's got a bold cinnamon flavor, great creamy
texture with hints of orange and it's not not hard to make. Great for fall or summer!

"Polynesian Pearl" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Cinnamon Syrups
3 oz. (90 ml) POG Juice (Pineapple, Orange, Guave Juice)
1 oz. (30 ml) Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) RumChata
Garnish: Burnt Cinnamon Stick, Orchid, or Umbrella
