The weather is changing. We have rum, campari and sweet vermouth on deck today as we make a cocktail that warms us from the inside out. Three ingredient cocktails are in order!
So come with me as I try a Pineapple Negroni for the FIRST time ever!
I didn't regret it and neither will you. It's easy and delightful!
Come on..Let's just have a Pineapple Negroni on the Lanai! Cheers!
The "Pineapple Negroni" | Cocktail Ingredients
1 oz. (30 ml) Pineapple Rum (Stippins Fancy)
1 oz. (30 ml) Campari
1 oz. (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth
Garnish with a pineapple wedge
