Do cucumbers, sake and ginger beer go together? Of course they do!
I'll in today's video I'll show you how to infuse sake for a more powerful cucumber
flavor and sub it for vodka in my Cucumber Sake Mule.
Don't be intimidated, it's actually easy, you can do it!
Let's use up those end of summer cucumbers and enjoy a
Cucumber Sake Mule together! Cheers!
The "Cucumber Mule" | Cocktail Ingredients
2 1/2 oz. (75 ml) Cucumber Infused Sake
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Cucumber Juice
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup
3 oz. (90 ml) Ginger Beer
Garnish with a cucumber wheel and mint
