Cento Raw Bar, a restaurant by the team behind neighboring Cento Pasta Bar, opened in May, so of course our L.A. team had to check it out. The restaurant comes from chef Avner Levi, director of operations Adrien D’Attellis, and creative director Brandon Miradi.
