If you are interested in any business deals please email me with your inquiries.. I am trying to teach folks that don't know how to cook .. how easy it is.. My first job was in a restaurant BBQ I think I was 15 I did everything .. Managed a Taco Chain out of San Antonio Texas for a year or so... Loved it.. I had a bad heart attack back in 2006 with lots of heart damage so I have slowed somewhat in the past few years... I am going to keep cooking as long as I can.... Ingredients for recipe:
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
dash salt
dash pepper
1 and 1/4 pounds raw peeled cleaned shrimp
1 egg
Mix all ingredients, then allow to rest in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Next allow shrimp to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat pan over medium high heat with 1/4 inch vegetable oil.
Fry for around 2 and 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes total time OR fry to your desired doneness.
Serve with Shrimp Cocktail Sauce or Tartar Sauce or both!
