My recipe for a Lemon Chicken that is flavored with Tequila. You can grill it or bake the chicken that actually has a good lemon flavor. I actually used around 1 cup of fresh lemon juice and tequila.
Ingredients for marinade:
1 chicken cut in half
4 large lemons
1 cup tequila
1 jalapeno
10 peppercorns

After marinating overnight, season your chicken with salt/pepper/garlic powder and paprika or your favorite seasonings.

It too my chicken half just over an hour on the charcoal grill.
Please cook your chicken to 160 to 165F
