Mom's Sourdough Banana Bread Recipe. What can I say? I should have followed the instructions. I've never liked Banana Bread anyways. Sourdough starter recipe:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar (I think more would be better)
1 cup of mashed bananas
1 cup Sourdough Starter
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt (recipe calls for table salt, I used coarse, thus less)

Yoyomax12's Topping
2 Tablespoons soft or melted butter
1/4 cup plain flour
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

You are suppose to mix and pour into 2 pans.
Bake for 40 minutes @ 350F
