It's time to rip that F-Tier wide open! Despite my best efforts to delay the inevitable, I can't say all foods are going to do the body good. In fact, a significant amount of what we consume today does not. And many of those can be classified broadly, as sweets.
What I Would Change:
In case it wasn't clear, I wasn't entirely sure where I wanted to put the sweeteners, specifically Honey, Maple Syrup & Molasses. But I've always said the rankings are the least important part of these videos and as long as y'all understand the proper use of them, I'm ok with that.
