Roll Model Therapy Ball Technique #1: Sustained Compression

Use a Roll Model Ball to find the “epicenter” (there may be more than one!) of an adhesion, trigger point, or area of tense tissue and apply consistent pressure straight into it. (The direction of the pressure depends on your angle of approach.) Allow the ball to sink into your tissue like warm quicksand and make a soft-tissue indentation, and hold the position for 90 to 120 seconds.
