GREG’S PRECOVERY ROUTINE FOR CHEST DAY

Bodybuilder Champion Greg Reid shares his 4 precovery routines for an overall greater chest workout and faster recovery.

1. Pre workout drink
2. Soft tissue warm up with the Coregeous Ball to create shear forces in the upper chest. Greg glides side to side, using the grippines of the Coregeous Ball to open up the soft tissues of the upper chest for 2-4 minutes to get the muscles primed and ready. He starts with a soft tool so as not to overwhelm the tissues which creates more receptivity for the next routine
3. Next up are the Alpha Balls placed into the pectoralis major/ minor to get deeper penetration into the muscle. Greg uses a block and dynamic motion by sweeping the arm forward and back, strumming over the fibers ensuring more blood flow into the area and more proprioception for a better pump.
4. Greg finishes up with a 5 minutes visualization meditation, mentally creating his workout routine

Create your new precovery routine for a more complete and satisfying workout and recovery.
