It might be called a Sloe Gin Fizz but they disappear FAST on a hot day!
45 ml (1 ½ oz) sloe (or Slow!) gin - sometimes I like to do 30 ml (1 oz) sloe gin and 15 ml (½ oz) London Dry gin for something a little punchier
30 ml (1 oz) lemon juice
20 ml (⅔ oz) sugar (to taste)
Top with soda water
Lemon wheels to garnish
