I've used Australian Distilling Co Shiraz Gin for a twist on Dick Bradsell's Bramble cocktail, a fruity and fun gin drink.
60ml (1 ½ oz) Shiraz gin
20ml (⅔ oz) lemon juice
15ml (½ oz) creme de mure
2 blackberries (optional)
Top soda water
Glass: highball
Garnish: skewered blackberries and lemon wheels
Add all of your ingredients except the soda and creme de mure to your shaker tins, add ice and shake. ‘Dump’ into a highball glass, top with crushed ice and a dash of soda and then drizzle the creme de mure on top. Garnish and enjoy.
