I love a Martini but they are a STIFF drink! This drinks gives the same crisp, complex and booze forward flavour but is a little lighter on the alcohol - moderation is key!
Adonis;
45ml (1 ½ oz) sweet vermouth (optional to split 30ml (1oz) sweet vermouth, 15ml (1/2 oz) bianco vermouth
45ml (1 ½ oz) dry sherry
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: orange twist
