Between The Sheets:
25ml (¾ oz) brandy
25ml (¾ oz) white or lightly aged rum
20ml (⅔ oz) orange liqueur
20ml (⅔ oz) lemon juice
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: lemon twist
Harvard Cocktail:
45ml (½ oz) cognac or brandy
20ml (⅔ oz) sweet vermouth
2 - 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Around 20ml (⅔ oz) chilled soda water
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: orange twist
Champs Elysees:
45ml (1 ½ oz) brandy
15ml (½ oz) Green Chartreuse
20ml (⅔ oz) lemon juice
10ml (⅓ oz) sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: lemon twist
