Creamy, decadent and whisky - what more could you want?
I did miss Amaretto day but no need to miss out on trying it!
45ml (1 ½ oz) blended Scottish whisky
20ml (⅔ oz) oat milk (or oat water)
Barspoon amaretto
Barspoon herbal liqueur - I used Licor 43 but Drambuie would work too!
10ml (⅓ oz) cream
10ml (⅓ oz) honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
Glass: coupe or martini
Garnish: nutmeg
