Whisky is great, of course, but you can substitute an anejo tequila like this 1800 Anejo to your favourite whisky cocktails for extra depth and complexity.
60ml (2 oz) 1800 anejo
30ml (1 oz) lemon juice
15ml (½ oz) apricot liqueur
15ml (½ oz) honey syrup
Glass: rocks
Garnish: dried apricot and rosemary
