This is part of the Toast the Trees Initiative with Angels Envy bourbon. It's my first time trying to shoot at home here in locked down Melbourne and just a bit of fun, not as detailed as usual but I hope you enjoy as a little bonus!
SPEC:
Big Scoop sourdough icecream (or whatever you have to hand - just vanilla works great too)
30ml (1oz) Angel's Envy bourbon
30ml (1oz) amontillado sherry
Around 120ml (4oz) coffee and vanilla soda
Mint sprig, cherry, and mandarin puffs (or something else candy-like) to garnish
